410. MYCOLOGY (Credit, 4 hours) (Lec., 3
hours; Lab, 3 hours). Course designed to
introduce students to the major groups of
fungi. Emphasis on the importance of fungi as
tools in research. The beneficial and harmful
activities of fungi in general are stressed.
Prerequisite: BIOL 232.
