This course covers the principles of nework secruity. The focus will be given to the following: attack methods (targeted hacking attacks, denial-of-service attack), firewall architecture, host security, cryptography, ecommerce and email security, intrusion detection and response process, risk analysis, security architecture, control principles, and laws governing security issues.
