475. PROBABILITY AND STATISTICS I
(Credit, 3 hours). Probability distribution, combinatorial
analysis, moment generating functions, random
variables, laws of large numbers, sampling distributions
and central limit theorem, Markov chain,
and Poisson process. Prerequisites: MATH 364 and
MATH 276, with a grade of "C" or better.
