Mechanical Engineering students are required to earn a grade of “C” or higher in the following core and common courses.

Students enrolled in the mechanical engineering program must successfully complete an approved program of study of 128 credit hours.
NOTE: CIEN-224B is considered core course for mechanical engineering students.
MEEN 312B: An acceptable/equivalent is CIEN 321B.
MEEN 456: An acceptable/equivalent course is ELEN 431.
General Technical Elective: The courses listed under Thermal Science Electives and Materials Science & Engineering Electives may also count as one of the General Technical Elective courses.
