423. METHODS AND MATERIALS IN
TEACHING SECONDARY MATHEMATICS-I
(Credit, 3 hours). This course is designed to provide
a variety of experiences in practical applications of
mathematical content applicable to secondary
grades. The methods and materials with technology
integration, assessment, critical thinking, problem
solving and diversity are aligned with National
Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) standards
and the Louisiana Content Standards.
