MBAP 530B. 3 Credit Hours. This course is uniquely designed to teach students the leadership skills need in a rapidly changing global society. Although the course content is established by leadership theory and empirical evidence, the focus is on understanding personal leadership strengths and vulnerabilities through feedback and developing leadership skills through practice.
