212. RURAL SOCIAL WORK SEMINAR
(Credit, 1 hour). Designed to provide an
overview of social, cultural, economic and
political aspects of the rural communities. It
focuses on the rural community as a unit of
social organization and the unique features
of service delivery systems in the rural
community. Special emphasis is placed on
contemporary concerns of rural communities
particularly in light of recent socio-economic
changes. Students will be exposed through
lectures, discussions and guest lectures.
