MGMT 461B Adv Bus Law for Accountants
ADVANCED BUSINESS LAW FOR ACCOUNTANTS (Credit, 3 Hours). Study of specific
areas of law pertaining to business transactions with emphasis on legal
concepts underlying sale of goods, agency, security devices, commercial paper,
accountants liability, business organization and bankruptcy; application of
uniform commercial code and preparation for the CPA Examination.
Prerequisite: Management 360. Credit will not be given for both this course
and Management 460. Accounting majors only.
