439. MANAGEMENT OF REAL ESTATE
ASSETS (Credit, 3 hours). Study of the private
enterprise process of creating and managing real
estate assets; researching, planning, and administering
the property development; identifying and
negotiating with credit sources; tenant-lease negotiations,
money, capital, and mortgage markets;
changes in prices and rents, utilization of real
estate facilities, and other related topics.
Prerequisites: MGMT 300, 337.
