hours). An introduction to problem-solving
approaches, logic, the real number system; basic
concepts of algebra including functions, graphs,
systems of equations; and inequalities; geometry;
and topics in contemporary math-ematics.
Designed for students needing a maximum of six
hours of mathematics.
