WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (Credit, 3 Hours) (Lec., 3 Hours) To provide students with the knowledge of wireless communication technologies, including Mobile Radio Propagation, Cellular Radio System, Multiple Radio Access, Channel Allocation, Frequency Reuse and Cellular Topology, Mobile Communication Systems, Handoff Strategies, Multicasting, Security and Privacy, Wireless Systems AMPS, IS-41, GSM, PCS, IS-95, IMT- 2000, Bellman-Ford Routing Algorithm, TCP over Wireless, Ad Hoc and Wireless Sensor Networks, WLAN, WMAN, WPAN. Prerequisite: EENT 390.
