201. CRIMINAL JUSTICE I: Introduction to
Police, Courts, and Corrections (Credit, 3
hours). All major components of the criminal
justice system will be covered and their relationship
to each other in competing for resources
with conflicting goals. Their functions and
effectiveness in working toward common and
competing goals will be analyzed against environmental
and organizational demands.
