341. LIVE ANIMAL AND CARCASS EVALUATION (Credit, 3 hours) (Lec., 1 hour; Lab., 3 hours). Basic principles and techniques involved in evaluation of meat animals, and their carcasses. Prerequisite: AGSC 121.
