hours) (Lec., 2 hours, Lab., 2 hours). An overview
of the poultry industry including types of production,
breeds of domestic fowl, feeding, care and
management of poultry flocks, and processing and
marketing of poultry products. Prerequisites:
AGSC 121 or consent of the program leader.
