PPOL 741. SEMINAR ON HIGHER EDUCATION & FEDERAL POLICY. (Credit, 3 hours). This doctoral course focuses on the research , principles of federal policy relative to tertiary eductio or highter education oinstitutions and systems in the United States of america. it equips current and aspiring leaders with a better understanding of the impact of federal leadership and policies on higher education. Further, it increases their knowledge and strenghtns their practical skills necessary to make meaningful contributions to the advancement of higher education policy on the federal level.
