110. LEADERSHIP LABORATORY (Credit, 1
hour). Acquaints the MS I cadets (freshmen)
with the basic fundamentals. Provides the cadets
with practical experience by exposing them to
¿hands-on¿ training in Drill and Ceremonies
(military formations, commands, and movements),
field craft, squad tactics, map reading,
weapons maintenance, and first aid. Students
gain a basic understanding of the unique aspects
of the officer corps, fundamentals of leadership
and decision-making, Army¿s institutional values,
and principles of individual physical fitness and
healthy lifestyle.
