320. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
(Credit, 3 hours). Study of the personnel function
and the importance of human resources in organizations,
including personnel planning and forecasting,
recruitment, selection, training and development,
promotion, performance evaluation,
employee compensations, the relationship with
the environment and employee associations, and
other relevant topics. Prerequisite: MGMT 300.
