430. MANAGERIAL FINANCE II (Credit, 3
hours). In-depth study of financial management
topics including risk analysis and portfolio theory,
cost of capital, sources of long-term corporate capital,
capital structures, leverage, dividend policy,
mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations,
international financial management, and
other related topics. Computer software will be
used. Prerequisites: FINC 330.
