ELEN 317B Engr Use of Computers

317. ENGINEERING USE OF COMPUTERS (Credit, 3 hours). Topics covered include the use of computers to model systems to solve typical engineering problems, including electrical and interdisciplinary problems. Numerical models and methods using FORTRAN and/or PL/1 are emphasized. Additional topics include roots of equations, matrix operations, differential equations solutions, and integration. Prerequisite: MATH 395.
