451. COOPERATIVE STRUCTURE AND
MANAGEMENT (Credit, 3 hours). Organization,
management, and operation of cooperatives including
both marketing and supply cooperatives. Legal
status and special problems of finance and control,
and the role of cooperatives in the structure and
control of food production and marketing.
Prerequisite: AGEC 212 or ECON 210.
