311. FARM MANAGEMENT (Credit, 3 hours).
Business management principles are stressed.
Economic principles as applied to the organization
and operation of farms, total and partial budgeting,
farm record analysis, farm financial management,
and analysis of farm leases are also considered.
Prerequisites: AGEC 212 or ECON 210.
