CRIN 560B Content Area literacy
CRIN 560. CONTENT AREA LITERACY (Credit, 3 hours). The course will emphasize skills needed to read in the different content areas. Students will use the content standards for their areas along with the reading/language areas. The instructor will also emphasize the use of the Scientifically Based Reading Research (SBRR) and the Louisiana English Language Arts Standard. Fluency and comprehension will also be emphasized.
