EMPA 557B Legislative Process, Managemen

This course covers several important issues regarding management and oversight by the legislative branch including perforamce evaluation, sunset laws, fiscal auditing, oversight hearings, role of legislative staff generally, relationship between legislative and executive branches, and the role of information in legislative decision making.
