CMPS 526. SOFTWARE ENGINEERING: CONTROL (Credit, 3 hours). Nontrivial software systems must be developed using formal methods of control to ensure a correct and quality product. Topics covered include quality assurance, software testing, independent validation and verification, and configuration management. (Prerequisite: CMPS 525)
