516 Vocational Psychiatric Rehabilitation

The purpose of the course is to introduce students to the process of vocational rehabilitation for individuals with psychiatric disabilities or severe mental illness; application of principles of rehabilitation counseling in employment and community integration of the target population; issues of establishing community collaborations in providing services; and ethical considerations in planning and delivery of services.
