466. RESIDENCY SEMINAR (Credit, 3 hours). This seminar is designed to support teacher candidates during the first semester of their clinical residency. Through weekly meetings, candidates reflect on classroom experiences, analyze instructional practices, and apply concepts such as culturally sustaining pedagogy, legal and ethical responsibilities, and differentiated instruction. The course supports the development of instructional planning, assessment literacy, and professional identity. Emphasis is placed on collaboration, resilience, and continuous professional growth within a structured support system.
