350. COLLABORATIVE TEAMING (Credit, 3 hours). This course explores the principles and practices of collaborative teaming in special education. It focuses on effective communication, shared decision-making, and cooperative problem-solving among educators, related service providers, families, and community agencies. Topics include co-teaching models, the role of paraprofessionals, individualized education program (IEP) planning, and strategies for facilitating successful transitions for students with disabilities.
