320. CONSUMER BEHAVIOR INSIGHTS (Credit, 3 hours). Designed for undergraduate students with an interest in understanding the complexities of consumer decision-making processes. This course delves into psychological, social, cultural, and economic factors that influence consumers’ purchasing behaviors. Through a combination of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, students will learn to analyze and predict consumer actions, and to use these insights to develop effective marketing strategies. Prerequisite: MKTG 300.
