EDLD EDLD 610B Educational Leadership Seminar

610. EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP SEMINAR (Credit, 3 hours).  This advanced seminar engages students in critical analysis of educational leadership practices across rural, suburban, and urban contexts. Candidates will explore leadership theories, ethical and inclusive practices, and contemporary issues shaping PK-12 education. The course emphasizes real-world application of leadership principles aligned with the National Educational Leadership Preparation (NELP) standards. Candidates will participate in collaborative inquiry, case-based learning, and reflective practice to build leadership capacity for systems-level improvement and equity.
