CONS 320B Construction Estimating
This course prepares students to complete quantity surveys, pricing analyses, and bid package preparations for commercial and residential construction projects. Emphasis is placed on interpreting construction drawings and specifications, performing accurate material takeoffs, applying unit pricing and cost data, and assembling complete bid documents.
